Hi everyone ~
I have a solo show opening in Benicia on Sunday. It’s up. I hope you can join us at the reception ~ Invite only, NY2CA Gallery, 617 1st St, Benicia, August 13th, 2023, 5 to 7pm. Yep, invite only, but you can have a glass of wine when you get there. The invite list is also the Gallery’s email list ~ so the best way to be invited is to join that list HERE. Second best is to download my special PDF invitation HERE and bring it with you. Music by Violist Katrina Wreede. The show runs August 10 - September 24, and the gallery is open Thurs - Sun, 12-5pm.
On September 9, during Benicia’s summer-monthly ArtWalk, the rest of my band, the Contraption Quartet, will join me in the gallery to make some droney, loopy, mechanical sounds 12-4 pm. It will be very casual. Drop in to listen, chat or check out a few unusual hand-made low-tech instruments.
