Hey CUFA friends!

You may have heard that my (and a number of other past and current CUFA players'!!!!) club team, Jughandle, just qualified for Nationals for the first time after 12 years of existence!!!

When I was just a goofy kid helping to start CUFA 10 years ago, the thought of going to Club Nationals was a distance dream. Now I get to be apart of the first NJ-based team to qualify for Nationals in at least 20 years!! And I know I wouldn't be here without the CUFA community providing me opportunities to play ultimate and grow as a leader and as a person.

It's a dream come true to have the opportunity to show the world what NJ ultimate is all about, but the truth is that going to Nationals isn’t cheap. While I am fortunate enough to be able to afford the costs of this wonderful opportunity, not everyone is in a situation to be able to afford last minute flights, hotels, tournament fees and rental cars. I don't want anyone on Jughandle to miss out on this amazing opportunity because of cost, so we are fundraising a few different ways! Feeney- I don’t have a lot but I got $50 towards the peeps from Cranford. I’m happy to see a team from NJ represented. You guys better kick some ass and take some names- I’m beyond happy for my Cufa family who are going to Natties!
