Cranford Radio Update for the Week of October 10

The Shark is Broken to Open CDC Season

Fifty years ago this summer, movie audiences were introduced to a film considered by many as the first summer blockbuster. As scary as the shark in Jaws was on the screen, the reality of the filming was that the mechanical centerpiece of the motion picture was an unreliable, temperamental star. This comedy looks at how the three human leads of the film dealt with that and with each other.
