Tapping For Improved Mental Well-Being 🖐️
You’ve likely heard of acupuncture and you may know about acupressure. Both techniques use the connection between mind and body to help people feel better. Less well-known is tapping. It’s a process taught by Christine Del Negro, a Cranford resident who owns School4joy. On this week’s episode, Christine talks about tapping and how she uses it to help clients improve their mental well-being.

The Cranford Theater was slated to be the venue for the film festival but due to the ceiling collapse alternate arrangements had to be made. A pre-screening party and a showing of five films will take place in the Roy W. Smith Theater on the campus of UCNJ with proceeds benefiting the Cranford Theater.
