What Makes Your Heart Sing?

Greetings to you; I hope that your day, your nights, you hopes and dreams all bring you joy and, however transient, a measure of contentment, all of which, it seems to me, are more realistic goals than chasing after happiness, which in my opinion is not only a trivial pursuit, it is also pernicious one when it based on the belief the other feelings - sadness, anger, fear - are unacceptable and undesirable.

I would be delighted, indeed it would make my heart sing it if you would ponder  the question posed above and share it with me and other members.

Thanks for your greetings! To you too!   Motivation makes my heart sing. Having projects on the run, creativity, doing different activities that maintain my mind busy and alive. Also, redundant as it may seem, music makes my heart sing.
