The Government will give £500 worth of leadership training to owners, senior management
or Key Directors
who have some responsibility for taking their organisation forward.

In collaboration with Interchange Training I am designing and
delivering leadership seminars and coaching sessions for organisations in the public,
private and voluntary sectors are all eligible assuming they meet the criteria e.g.

organisations employing between five and 249 employees.

There are many small charities, hard working entrepreneurs, small and
medium enterprises and others who could gain from this training but do
not know it's available.

If you know any one who might be interested or benefit from this
funding, please let them know, or ask them to contact Karen Tidsall:

their organisations can benefit from the help and guidance to weather
the storm and keep afloat.
in these changing and challenging times:
Fewer staff, greater pressure and stress, dire warnings, it is, indeed, grim!

The Clean and Crafty sessions are tailored to the specific needs of
the organisation and the attendees after discussion with Interchange

The
programme offers a very different paradigm
for very difficult circumstances, and the training style is unique in
that there is no predetermined agenda, no role-plays, no case studies,
and very little time spent on complaining about how we got here!

You will get are practical advice and coaching with frameworks for
discussion and debate that motivates, encourages and enables people.
You can apply these approaches to great effect in team meetings, fund-raising,
focus groups, conflict resolution, mediation, disciplinary hearings,
supervision and interviews, problem solving and decision-making.

More important than ever in times of flux is to recognise whether the
most appropriate style of management is directive, coaching,
supporting or delegating,

Ultimately, you will become a better communicator, motivator, manager.

Below: A few of the topics that might be introduced and developed in coaching or training sessions,
or could be the specific focus of the training.

EXECUTIVE  EI
Increased self-awareness and self-management will enhance the efficacy
of your interpersonal communication skills and encourage clear and
critical thinking skills in the people you manage and lead.

Clean and CRAFTY LISTENING
Curious Responsive Assertive Focused Thoughtful Yes!
Seeking first to understand by asking incisive questions, giving
people time to think, and giving insightful, meaningful answers to
difficult questions.

Clean and CRAFTY MEETINGS
A structure and process for almost any meetings that would benefit
from a reduction of the problems that ensue from lacklustre, time
wasting, frustrating group dynamics.

LOGICAL LEVELS OF CHANGE
Are you chasing your tail right now, or focused on the future?
Adapting appropriate management style to levels of competence can
prevent a lot of wasted time, energy and expenditure.
Should changes adjustments be remedial, generative or evolutionary.

Clean and CRAFTY INFLUENCING SKILLS
If you want people to feel valued, and to commit 110% without
resentment, influencing skills are essential. Starting from where
people, rather than where we think they ought to be, is essential for
rapport building and a positive team spirit.
