yes, it is possible. If you're using linux, you can HTTrack. But it's not about possible or not but allowed or not. Starwed, do you allow someone to grab all Craftyjs.com content?

Everything on craftyjs.com is hosted on github here: https://github.com/craftyjs/craftyjs.github.com
(That includes the static website, and the source files that generate it.)
In addition, you can generate the api documentation from within the crafty repo, and view it locally, using grunt view-api.
