From a friend at the MIT Media Lab (actually, she's part of Leah's
"High-Low Tech" group which does insanely awesome stuff with soft
circuits). Shiny things!

With respect to the new electronics shop-- first I LOVE the name! As
for supplies, there are a couple of nice materials/tools/equipment lists
here:

1. Fab inventory -- this is the stuff that you find in standard Fab Labs
http://fab.cba.mit.edu/about/fab/inv.html

2. High-Low Tech materials list -- stuff that is less standard, lots of
e-textiles and other interesting conductive materials options

Hope to see you again some time!

cheers,
Jie
