How to delete content type page of Crafter?

Hello Team,

Recently I'm testing content type management, and I have the problem deleting existed content type. I've searched the online solutions - they recommend to use git command to delete.

I was installing Crafter CMS service on Linux server by Bundles package.

After I accessed the path of content type and rm the corresponding folder, I added and commited the changes, seems like the git commit doesn't works? what can I do for the next steps? 

And I found my crafter dashboard show the messages on Remote Repository 

what can I do to sync the delete results of both sides, thanks!
