Drop-off is changing! Volunteer times are changing! Vendor space is changing!

We try to tweak processes each time to enable our consignors to make the most money possible.
Consignors:
Drop off Process for the March 4-6 Event:
Times - (March 3) Wednesday, 8:45pm-11pm and (March 4) Thursday, 10am-1pm.
Items will not be accepted before 8:45pm on Wednesday night nor after 1pm on Thursday-NO EXCEPTIONS. Times have changed so please note. Also, please enter through the south entrance.
STOP 1: Paper work-please bring your seller agreement, self address stamped envelope to check in. Allison will process your paperwork and then you may begin to unload your items.
STOP 2: Quality Check-We have a few volunteers that will be checking to ensure that your items are tagged properly and that your items are in good condition.
STOP 3: Inside the gym there will be volunteers to help you get your items placed in the correct place. Please remember that clothes must be sorted by gender and size.
Please plan on drop-off taking approximately 30 minutes. If you have a large number of items, it may take longer.
Volunteer Times:
January 30th at noon (THIS SATURDAY) is the time when you can start registering for your volunteer times. Log into your account through the website and it will display the available times, but only AFTER January 30th at noon. There will be some modifications to the available times made this week.
