Calling Consignors
If you are going to consign at our sale, please register in advance. We will not accept consignors at the door! The process is simple, fast, and FREE! Also, we are limited on the number of consignors we can accept. We are getting closer to that number. If you plan to participate, please register SOON! Tagging Your Items
The rumor is true…we are moving to a bar code system. We are, however, going to still accept the index cards for this event but will soon move into bar code-only. With this new system, tagging is easy and fast. It will also allow you to track inventory and items sold DURING the sale! INCREDIBLE! Please remember some of the key points below when printing your bar code tags…
- Use white cardstock, 60-67# weight
- Use printer set on "normal" setting
- Do not add tape over the bar code
- Written changes can not be made to price or consignor number (these tags must be pre-printed)
- Price to sell…unless you want to take it back home!

Volunteers, have no fear…
All volunteering options were filled within 24 hours of opening the time slots. As the sale grows, the need for volunteers is going to grow as well. We will open more time slots soon and you will be notified before they are released. PLEASE understand that once these are filled, no more time slots will be open. Also, please remember that you do not need to sign up for more than 4 slots as that will give you the maximum back in your return. One way to get shoppers is to SPREAD THE WORD! Be sure to tell your friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers about our event. We also have some marketing posters that advertise our event.
