3 Months To Go!

 

Time is creeping up already!  Don’t let the fall sale pass you by without participating!!

 

When does registration open?  When can I sign up to volunteer?  What major changes have taken place since February?  How can I make more money?  What are the secrets to a great event?

 

When does registration open?

Registration is open now!  PLEASE don’t sign up unless you know you are going to participate.  C2C has to pay for each person that signs up.  If you sign up and are not able to participate, please let Kelly know and you can be removed from a sale.  If you are going to participate, please start tagging now!  The sooner you can get things tagged, the easier it is when September 10^th rolls around!  Please let Kelly know if you have any questions – Ke...@cradles2crayons.net

 

When can I sign up to volunteer?

Volunteer options will open on August 1^st at noon.  You can register before hand and just log-in at noon to get your first options.  They go extremely fast so don’t wait.  A list of options that will open will be posted on the website – www.cradles2crayons.net - for your viewing.  Any questions regarding these matters can be directed to All...@cradles2crayons.net

 

What major changes have taken place since February?

·       Barcode tags ONLY will be accepted – NO exceptions!

·       Items entering the sale during check-in will be closely monitored for wear and tear, stains, etc.

·       Check-in on Wednesday night ends at 10:30pm (Wednesday 8:30pm-10:30pm, Thursday 10am-1pm)

·       Items left before check-in at 8:30pm on Wednesday will not be placed on sales floor during sale-must be present at the time of check-in!

·       NO items will be accepted past 1pm on Thursday – we must stay fair to all rules and consignors!

How can I make more money?

·       Recruit more consignors

·       Spread the word about the sale

·       Invite someone to come shopping during the public sales

·       Price your items to sell

·       Make sure the presentation on your items are appealing (no smoky, wrinkly, stained, torn, out-of-date clothes)

 

What are the secrets to a great event?

·       Cooperation from all involved

·       Super volunteers with positive attitudes

·       Strong marketing

·       Good prices

·       Appeal to draw shoppers

·       Check out efficiency

·       FUN TIMES!
