3 weeks to go!

Lots of things have changed in the last couple of weeks!

Please refer to the website for all of the accurate dates!

We have moved the sale to February 5-7, 2009 at Raintree Christian Church!

Registration is open!

We are off to a great start with consignors registering!  Don't forget that you MUST register for the sale before February 3, 2009.  If you have any questions, please contact Ke...@cradles2crayons.net

Consignors needing money

If you are a consignor and are hoping to make big bucks at this sale, please help us get the word out.  The more shoppers we have, the more money you make off your items.  With the dates changing, our biggest mission is to get the shoppers in the door!  Tell everyone: Friends, Family, Co-Workers, Neighbors, PDO, Daycare, etc.

Volunteers

Volunteer slots were released on January 10th and were filled that same day.  At this time, no more slot are going to be released.  If the number of consignors continues to grow drastically, we will release more.  An e-mail will go out notifying you of this if it happens.  If you have any other questions, please contact All...@cradles2crayons.net

Midnight Madness Sale

We are doing it again this year!  Midnight Madness Sale will begin at 9pm on Thursday, February 5th.  Please note that this sale is VERY crowded.  Consider leaving your children and strollers at home!  If you are a volunteer or consignor, you get to shop earlier!

Tagging Guns

We have ordered 30 guns that we hope arrive before the sale is to start.  With changing the date, it became unguaranteed that they would be here on time.  We will let you know as soon as those come in.  Please don't wait until the last minute to tag your items!

We are sorry for the inconvenience.  Thank you!

Things to remember when tagging your items:

No straight pins

All clothing items need to be on hangers

Tags must be legible (and scannable)

Clothes need to be clean

Reasons your clothes won't be sold:

Smell like smoke

Have tears or stains

Food particles in stroller, high chairs, and bouncers

Lots of dirt on outdoor play equipment

Mattresses that are stained or smell

Shoes that are too worn

Books with missing pages

Please carefully look at all items before you bring them to the consignment sale!  Also, please read the website carefully to make sure you understand all the terms on the Sellers Agreement before you get to the church.
