ONE WEEK!

We have one week to go!

 

CONSIGNORS:

Must register 

You must register for each event.  The system will not recognize your consignor number unless you register for THIS event "C2C/Spring/2009"

 

Registration closes Feb 3 at 11:59pm

You will not be able to register any longer with our sale after 11:59pm pm, Tuesday, February 3rd.  This is important and there are no exceptions!

 

All items must be entered Feb 4 by 11:59pm

All items must be entered into the system by 11:49, Wednesday, February 4th as we will have to lock the sale at that time.  Inventory will not be available to manage past this point.  This allows our systems to have correct and current information during the sale!

 

Must have 15 items in sale in order to shop early!

If you do not bring at least 15 items to the sale, you will not be allowed to participate in the consignor sale.  We are doing this for fairness purposes and will be monitored!

 

Must transfer items from previous sale

If you participated in the September 2008 sale and you logged items that you are going to try to sale again this event, you must transfer them.  Again, the system will not recognize your items if they are not transferred to this sale.  If you have troubles doing this transfer, please contact Ke...@cradles2crayons.net or All...@cradles2crayons.net

 

Bring all clothing by size and separated by gender

Remember to do this please.  This is not new but we do charge a $10 fee if these items are not sorted.

VOLUNTEERS:

 

Please don't forget the shift you signed up for.  Failure to show up for your assigned shift(s) will result in not being able to volunteer for the next event you participate in.  If there is an emergency, please contact Allison at 787.9258.  This is also very important as we have a lot of people that don't get to volunteer as the time slots go so fast.  We appreciate your understanding.

 

If you are signed up to volunteer, you will be on the Volunteer Pre-Sale Sheet.  We will be checking names at the door as you enter to ensure fairness.  Again, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

TAGGING GUNS:

 

They have ARRIVED!!!! 
We ordered them ahead of time but when the sale was moved up we were not sure that they would arrive in time.  We have three locations to pick one up if you are interested.  If you live on the south side of town, please contact Cri...@cradles2crayons.net and if you live on the north side, please contact All...@cradles2crayons.net or Ke...@cradles2crayons.net.  We will give you the address to pick up those tagging guns.  We will leave them on the front porch any day of the week for you to come pick them up.

Public Sales:

Friday, Feb. 6th 11am-8pm

Saturday, Feb. 7th 8am-1pm

(Most Items ½ price)

Pick Up:

Saturday, Feb. 7th 4:00pm-5:30pm
