Using Cracklock in Webspy Vantage 3

I'm trying to run Webspy Vantage 3 thru cracklock and It doesn't star.

Any clues why is happening this????

I can't get the interface of the program for a while.

It used to work on windows 10 about 3 or 4 years ago, but now I don't get the interface showing anymore.
