crack.g3d - modules for 3D graphics and gaming.

I've finally gotten around to checking in crack.exp.g3d and
crack.exp.g3d.collision, two modules that I've been occassionally playing
around with that facilitate writing OpenGL games (as well as general 3D
rendering software). They're currently in exp because their interfaces are
likely to change.

The example/wurld program (more to come) showcases some of the features.
