Hi,

I know, the answer is: try and you will see...
but I was wondering if somebody tried to compile Crack with a newer version of llvm?

Thanks,

Pierre

Yes, actually we did a pretty good job of keeping up with llvm versions for quite a while, but they kept changing interfaces. This cost a fair amount of effort to stay on top of.

We finally gave up at 3.4, which completely removed exception support for the original jit.

At this point, I'd rather expend the effort on other backends than on an LLVM upgrade. But if you're interested in doing the work, I'd certainly accept a patch.

Thanks,

Pierre
