Asynch networking facade

I've been experimenting with a crack.exp.net.facade module ("exp" because it's
still experimental and the interfaces may change) to encapsulate the common
functionality of asynchronous networking code. I checked in what I have a few
days ago.

Usage should be straightforward, see example/facade_client.crk and
example/facade_server.crk.
