Knowing that there are other things happening this weekend I'm quite prepared for a minimal turnout this Saturday, but it's going to be such a lovely day that it would be a tragedy to miss my hybrid-friendly BikeHash trail.
There will be just enough rough farm track to give your dangly bits a workout, some shiggy (but not too much), 22° sunshine and plenty of refreshment opportunities. Moreover it will be flat!
No need to pre-order lunch, but some indication of numbers would be welcome.

I was hoping to get along to a ride before NB, but I am “on call” for my scout group this weekend, so have to be reasonably sober apparently.

 

I was going to try and get out tomorrow and familiarise myself with the medium trail, if anybody else is free/retired/bored and wants to join me, this is pretty much my only opportunity as I have finally found some work which starts on Monday.

Sorry I can't get out tomorrow (w*rk!).
The medium trail is I think pretty much decided (I'm going to check that with Lardy and Schoolboy's), but there is still an unresolved issue with the long trail. If you could possibly find the time (and energy) to have a look at the section between points 6 & 7 marked Adcock's Lane on the OS and let me know your reaction, that would be most helpful. We'll be doing it in a northwesterly direction.
It was very shiggy when I was there a few weeks ago, but now we've had some dry weather, and with the expectation of more to come, I'm hoping it will be OK.
The trail back from Wenden's Ambo is going to be shared between medium and long, so we're all happy with that I'm sure (fingers crossed!).
