If y'all know anyone in PA, please bring this to their attention. Bills to criminalize civil disobedience are becoming more common. This one in particular would put demonstrators on the hook for any costs (legal, emergency management, or otherwise) incurred during an action. This could have a major chilling effect (obviously) on our means to resist. It makes me wonder if laws like this will be applied to the fascists brining violent into our streets?
