Dearest LC KVIK,

Please read this letter carefully as it contains a lot must-know information which never going to be repeated.

As you have already heard several times from us, the biggest event of AIESEC in Hungary is approaching...

WNP is on our doorstep!

About the concept:

Winter National Planning is the biggest ALL country conference of this year.

We together as a country, and as an entity going to decide about the next MCP (Member of Committee President) of AIESEC in Hungary 1314.

The 1st day of the conference is about the ELECTION: 

It is crucial to participate for all who are an AIESECer at KVIK: we have to make decision against or for the applicants TOGETHER. This is one of the most experienceful moments in an AIESEC Career I think.

The second and third day is delivering a huge mass of knowledge and developing sessions: Some of them will be divided into parts, so the MC made sessions directly all the members, all the middle managers and all the EBs which is a great experience also with AIESECers from the country who are all in the same shoe like YOU.

There will be developing, startegical, functional, and self-reflecting sessions too.

On Friday and Saturday the entire country is going to have fun together in huge conference parties, and celebrating the new MCP and the first time to be together.

Information:

Date: from 30th of November-until 2nd of December (from Friday-to Sunday)

Venue: in Budapest, more information coming soon

Fee: no conference fee, its a homecoming conference so you are not sleeping on site but you can go home to sleep and also bring food with yourself. If you can not solve your accomodation during the weekend please turn to the EB so we arrange a host for you:)

Registration is OPEN until this SUNDAY 8pm for all the KVIKers, and all the ones who are coming will get this year's KVIKer LC T-Shirt (its fee is going to be about 2500 HUF).

WNP Preparation: 27th of November (next Tuesday) 7pm in the school:

We are going to prepare a brand new roll call together and you will get to know more about the conference and how to prepare for that.
