See the attached screenshot. As you can see, the Help page in the latest Dev build is loaded with Chinese characters (in a jibberish order) mingled together with plenty of other symbols and unreadable characters. Does anybody know why this is?
Also wanted to note that the Settings page (at least for me) takes forever to load.

very interestring, maybe im just special, or Google likes me. cause
i'm on 0.11.257.3 (Official Build) dev-channel x86-mario and don't
have half the problems reported.. including either problem above.

Could be just me then, because I reverted to the Beta and the problem still exists. And not just for the Help page, but for anything Flash or HTML5.

Sorry, anything Flash or HTML5 that is installed as an extension. Also occurs in some online Web sites, such as KIIS FM and some Web sites with ads embedded.

Well I reverted to the Beta via a recovery image, and the problem still exists. I have absolutely no idea what the root of this problem is.
