Thank you for your interest shown towards Rumbia Resort Villa. Further to your request pertaining to the above event, we are pleased to append below our quotation for your kind perusal.

Rates : RM290.00nett per night inclusive of 2 breakfast

Attendance Guaranteed : 42 Adults
Rates (BBQ) : RM45.00nett per Adults
Payment : By Cash
TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
50% of the total rooms or Food & Beverage cost are required as non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. The balance of payment is to be settled in full either by cash or company cheque 7 days prior to the date of function or arrival. Should the bill is to be borne by the company; the letter of undertaking is required at least 3 days prior to the arrival date and subject to approval. Details of which are as follows:

GURANTEED ATTENDANCE
A guaranteed number of persons must be made known to the resort no later than 72 hours before the function / arrival date. Should the actual number of guests be higher than the guaranteed number of guests, the actual number of guests will be charged. Should the actual attendance be lower than the guaranteed number of guests, the guaranteed number of guests will be charged.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, a written notice is required not later than 14 working days prior to the date of function. Otherwise, 50% of the estimated cost shall be charged. Cancellation made less than 48 hours, a 100% of the total estimated cost shall be charged.
