Dear WIS220S 2013 semester 1 students.

This email is in regard with the 2 hour lecture that we need to catch up before the long weekend that starts on Wednesday 20 march.

We need to have this 2 hour lecture before the major assessment on 28 march which will cover all work done through the semester including this 2 hour lecture.

I thought it best to an you an option between 2 dates both starting at 14:30 and ending at 16:30 on either Tuesday 19 march or Wednesday 20 march I believe everyone has different schedules so it will be difficult for some to attended but not everyone can be satisfied so it will be a democracy the day getting the most votes will be the day the lecture will occur on!!

Note I will be writing test tomorrow however I will be at the ACL lab with papers so you can submit your vote. This will occur between 12:00 and 12:30 if I get NO response I will make the decision myself and notify all with the date. Otherwise I will notify all with the date that won the most votes

Did Mr. Esmail put you in charge of finding a suitable date?

Just a note: The ACL lab will probably be in use till 16h00 on Wednesday and Btech classes are held there after 17h00 as well.

Perhaps a more suitable venue can chosen so that classes do not coincide.

 

As I can recall, all classes at Mechatronics officially end at 16h00.

Many classes have tutorials and practicals that needs to be done before 16h00. We can not be expected to spend our time on two classes at the same time - it is against the department's policies.

A time after 16h00 (like 16h00-18h00) will make it suitable for everyone to attend the extra class if they wish so.

Yes. He asked me to arrange it and inform him!!!   I don't know what is expected of me because now everyone is banging on my head!!! Making me responsible for this I am merely following a request from Mr. Esmail so please do not come with your problems to me I am merely doing as requested.
