Fellow Class rep, Tutors, Students

My sincere apology for any inconveniences the late notice, might have cause to anyone with an intention to attend,

Thank you for your interest to joint the Mechatronics Committee that will facilitate, voice out issues and challenges face by all Mechatronics students and staff in order to better our self and the conditions we are dealing on the daily basis, by joining this voluntary you have decided to become the change you would like to see, therefore this can only speed up what the management have been doing since its creation and add value in a positive way toward sustainable education 

Resolutions of the First Mechatronics Committee Meeting:

1- All Class rep, Tutors and students  should engage with their classmates on Monday and identify what are their grievances or issues they would like to voices out, (in writing) 

2- We would like to encourage all Mechatronics students to direct also their concerns to Mechatronics Committee email address (cputmechatro...@gmail.com ) if they cant do so publicly

Agenda:

To discuss grievances raisent by students and forward them (in writting) to the decisions makers by following the Protocol 

BREAKING NEWS MECHATRONICS DEPARTMENT HAS BEING CREDITED BY ECSA, Lets Congratulate our HOP Mr Ayodele and its support team who worked hard in order to successfully completed this difficult task,
