(SIBAT), an appropriate technology NGO service provider, facilitator, innovator, is having a promotional sale at affordable and introductory prices of "Low Emitting Diode" (LED) rechargeable lamps (flaslights, lanterns, bulbs, headlamps) for multi-purpose usage particularly as all season gifts, handy tools for emergenctes (e.g. brownouts, bagyo, etc.), field works, use for rural households and offices and the like. This will run until end of this month
