Thursday Air Force Meeting (and trip forms due 10/22)

Hi all,

Just a reminder that Thursday's meeting will be in 192-322 at 6 PM, where we will be hosting a representative of the Air Force Space Systems to talk about employment opportunities. It's also an excellent opportunity to turn in your paperwork for the cert competition trip, so I've attached below what Pat sent out earlier. 

ALL TRIP FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN BY THIS SATURDAY: 10/22

Hello CPSS! For anyone who is planning to go on the trip to FAR on Saturday November 5th, you need to fill out some paperwork.

First, sign up on this spreadsheet.

Everyone who's going needs to fill out:

Travel 1A (only the first page)

Release of Liability

All drivers need to complete the following forms additionally:

Volunteer HR-V1

Vehicle Authorization STD 261

Request to Operate Vehicles (include photocopy of driver's license)

Finally, you will need to have paid dues to Wynton Goulding in order to attend.

If you have any questions, email either the CPSS email, or my email. I will be taking these forms at the next few Saturday Meetings. I would really appreciate if you got these in as soon as possible!
