The supervisors are responsible for any minor and major recast. The
research papers are intellectual properties of which can not be posted
in website without permission of the psptb and the writer. I advise
you to visit the PSPTB library and see the example of the submitted
research papers. On the other hand, the board should appoint other
experienced procurement experts for the coming defence otherwise minor
and major recast will be squared.

I went to the board's offices today to what I thought could be the
last visit before the black book just to be told of the new alignment.
To tell the truth I was disappointed from the poor facilitation of the
research workshop at TEC. How on earth could someone pay 400000 to get
such a service? Then came the proposal stage,hw could a supervisor
give you a go ahead jst to be challenged by unprofessional critiques?
I have been cleared but I still not in line by the way our board
operates. I am sure all those who did their research on e-procurement
and met Naresho during their defense were made to believe their work
was nothing. It is time for board to have a pannel comprised of
competent,ready to be challenged people and above all knowledgeable.
No one knows everything, but I can't buy the fact that a pannelist is
not aware of the on going e-procurement practices in the government
entities. This board is ours and thus we'd be the part of what we want
to see.

If I got the message clearly, those with major recast, do the corrections and pass the revised document to your supervisors before submission for signatur what about those with minor recast? do you have to go to your supervisor again for a signature??? When do we pay that 60,000? when submitting the revised report or during presentation?? Any one with an answer please do the needful.
