The Young Scholars Initiative (YSI), a program of the Institute for New Economic Thinking, will be hosting the YSI Asia Convening, in collaboration with University of Da Nang, in Da Nang, Vietnam from 6-9 May, 2019.
We have an inspiring line-up with Keynotes from Jonathan Ostry, Danny Quah, and Peter Frankopan, 17 YSI Working Groups involved, and 18 open calls for abstracts!

Selected young scholars get the opportunity to meet other YSI members from Asia, present their ideas on new economic thinking, and get valuable feedback. Accepted applicants will receive accommodation support during the convening. Limited travel stipends are available for presenters based in the Asian region.
