First release is now available

The first release of the CppWAMP library is now available at GitHub! Please note that the library is still in a preliminary state, and its API is subject to change.

I'd like to thank my employer for allowing me to release this library as free open source software. It is my hope that this library will become a valuable contribution to the WAMP ecosystem. It is also my hope that the open source community will aid us in improving this library, as well as helping to ensure that it remains interoperable with other WAMP implementations.
