Correct version of LLVL & Clang in compiling CppSharp.

Hello,
I think it would be done to add a link to the latest version of LLVM and clang so that cppsharp compiles ok.
I am saying so because (unless I have been wrong somewhere), using latest of each result in cppsharp not compiling (expected header in clang not exitsing in latest version).
Actually, what I missed the most is a complete "how to" compile as command lines did not work either.

If interrested I could write down my own experience.

In the getting started guide we list the last known to work revisions of LLVM and Clang: https://github.com/mono/CppSharp/blob/master/docs/GettingStarted.md#compiling-llvm-on-windowsvisual-studio-32-bit-binaries

What steps of the official building guide failed for you? If something did not work then sure I'd like to know about your experience and get it fixed :)
