hey Ryan B and all those involved in this project.
Before our next officer meeting. I would like that we have a proposed
cost of materials. That includes hot dogs,drinks,chilli,buns,
charcoal, grill(buy or borrow). So that we can formulate a price and
coupons to distribute to the department.

I've got both charcoal grills and a propane grill I can provide for
the Hot dogs. I also have one portable table for condiments and such.
Give me an exact time you would like these materials present so I can
plan.
