Ok, here it is:

Dear Arby and fellow IEEE members:

I did speak with Kang earlier this week and he said yes he can do 2
days of simulink. Also Yes he can do them both on thursdays. He is
also willing to work with Chandra if paired up with him.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I look forward to the next IEEE meeting.

Ok, another update:

I just spoke with Chandra today and he said if possible he will come
to attend the Thursday Simulink workshop. He told me he will stand
next to Kang like a team during the workshop since Kang is more
knowledgable in the subject material.

However we need to let him know 2 to 3 weeks in advance prior to the
event so he can put it in his schedule.

Yet another Update:

I confirmed our room reservations with Pam Doty for:
*Room 205 on Tuesday, 4-7-09 during U-hour.
*Room 409 on both Thursdays during U-hour on 4-9-09 and 4-16-09.

I also spoke with Kang to let him know:
*He has Simulink in room 409 on both Thursdays 4-9-09 and 4-16-09
during U-hour.
*Our reservation has a restricted time frame. (see "note" below)

Note: For both Thursdays on Kang's Simulink sessions we are restricted
to a tight time frame (there will be a class finishing up by 12pm so
we can't enter the room until 12pm and we must vacate room 409 no
later than 12:55pm). I brought this to Kang's attention while I spoke
with him and he is aware of this.

I then spoke with Chandra and told him he has Matlab in room 205 on
Tuesday 4-7-09 during U-hour

Chandra asked me the following questions during our brief meeting:
Q1:Who is going to be there?
Q2:Is the Matlab going to be a beginner or advanced session?
Q3:How many people are we going to have? Who's the audience?

Chandra preferred room 205 instead of room 409 for his Matlab session.
With the approval of Arby, I made the necessary room adjustment to 205
with Pam Doty.

That is all for now. I will continue to make any updates/corrections
for these upcoming events through this post and during our regular
meetings.
