0.11.1RC2 Out for Testing

Hi Everyone!

First, thanks to those who have tested out 0.11.1RC1. The 0.11.1 release is shaping up to be the most bugs-fixed release so far for the project. I definitely appreciate the effort of fixing the bugs that have come up because of Boost 1.56 and MSVC.
