Mother-in-law unit for rent

Hello neighbors,

I will have a studio apartment in the downstairs of my house available
to rent in July. It is sunny and light, and the owner is really nice!
The small space is best suited for a single person. We have had math
graduate students living here the past 7 or 8 years. Yixiang, the
current tenant, will get his PhD soon and move to a job in Austin,
Texas. The apartment has a small kitchen, a storage area, and a small
bathroom. Separate entrance, utilities included, non-smoking, 1-year
lease, no pets, etc, for $1800/month. If you have questions, please

of mouth, though I do have it posted on Zillow and the UC housing site.
