I reported this to Donn at 3:40, as I was unable to grab a picture myself. He went down and snapped these photos 20 minutes later.

Prime example of what we are trying to prevent.

Donn said, "ON the  up side, I went inside to find an employee behind the desk. I asked if they knew they had vagrants and loiters on both rear (front facing) side of the building. She said firmly, she would deal with it and as I drove away I saw her shooing the cart man away."
