The Neighborhood Internet Crime Spotters (NICS):
Description: This Yahoo Group is run by Bertie Hunt, who used to work with the police department and covers District 3 (College Park Area).
Once you sign up and are approved, this group will email you crime info about the area, crime tips, and other communications from OPD. (Highly recommended)

South College Park Neighborhood Watch:
Description: This group is different from the NICS group as the NICS group will give you a summary of crime events in the area.
The Neighborhood Watch group is more of the neighbor-watching-out-for-neighbor list.; people report pets missing, Suspicious neighborhood activity, PARTY ANNOUNCEMENTS :-), etc.
If you are on only one list, this should be it.
