Concord Park Elementary School

1020-1030 W. Colonial Drive

This school was located on the south side of Colonial Drive along the western railroad tracks. Students reached it from the north by a tunnel running beneath Colonial Drive. The old school building was sold in 1964 to a car dealership, [McNamara,] that razed it.

That's a real shame to allow a beautiful building like this be replaced.
