Position: ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Location: Santa Clara, CA (REMOTE if Locals)

Need a Candidate who can do Coding also…..

Description:-
Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding & Transitions, and Employee Document Management.

Act as the primary technical advisor to client HR and IT leadership, shaping roadmaps and advising on HRSD product strategy.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — active and current

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS-HR) — active and current

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on Employee Center

Deep expertise in the following HRSD modules:-

Case & Knowledge Management — COE setup, HR case categorization, SLAs, agent workspace

Employee Center / Employee Center Pro — portal configuration, topic pages, consumer service portals

Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions — lifecycle event design, activity sets, approvals

Employee Document Management — document templates, e-signatures, storage policies

Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow architectures, including scoping, data modeling, and process design

Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP) via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, or Integration Hub
