Cycling helmet?

I just realized I forgot my bicycling helmet and I read that helmets are compulsory. Anyone have an old spare they wouldn't mind donating to me? 

I'm bringing my bicycle and a pedal powered sound system and riding Brisbane to Melbourne. 

Also anyone know anyone able to give me a lift from eclipse to Brisbane?

    night not Sunday night. just want to clarify if 8 Foot Felix is playing the

    i still need help from an rv, or truck. ive organised 4 palm trees to be picked up in cairns on friday the 9th befor 2pm or thursday the 8th if need be befor 3pm. ive also personally worked out that its faster to drive thru port douglas. so if anyone plans to go this way, i would prefer to go with this option. please contact me directly via txt as there is telstra reception out there, but im only recieving txt where we are. 0432222054
    p.s even if you can just fit one or two, that woukd be awesome!!
