GENERAL MESSAGE FROM TEAM LOCO AT THE FRONT LINE

Good afternoon Wildcats and DoomsNAYers.

Just a quickie from the Team Loco HQ....

Everything seems to be running along smoothly, we currently have 55 people signed up to to the group and close to this number of people have put their deets on the list, their contact details and whether they need a ticket or not. 

THIS IS GREAT. 

Thanks everyone for getting this far: however, we need a little more action on the 'What to do' front, i.e. look at the tabs at the bottom of the Master Document and see what else is there. The roster will fill out eventually, no stress there, (thanks to those who have proactively put their names down here) but some of the outstanding items that need sorting soon; well, they need sorting soon. 

If any of your CLOSE FRIENDS asks you if they can jump on board, dont worry about speaking with us first, just get em on the group and get them to put their deets down. 

In further news, we have booked the PA, the bar, made a deposit on the Marquee, are in the final stages of booking the entire transport operation and will soon announce the location of our Halloween fun-rasier. Please keep the Halloween weekend free: get your mates excited about it so we get the right crowd and the numbers and can get our $17k budget over the line!!!

Captain Spank - Amazing work on locking in the stretch tent! Collective high-5 to Stevie. 

Stephen Ives - Your idea for a portable bar trolley is amazing, write it up on the 'To Do' list within the master doc and ask for help from the group at large

Glenda Darling - How did the meet go for the barback and kitchen shelving go?

AlanAlanAlan and Samwize Gamgee et al (BBB) - We see good for the dome? Will it be available Oct 24th for putting in the container? Immeasurable thanks for this.

Jeannie - Are you still up for writing that copy for us? If you need some of our original stuff let me know

Onward an upward people, container packing is on the 24th Oct so get your thinking caps on, this will roll around sooner than you think
