Desired Candidate :
• 10th, 12th ,UG(Engineering stream-((Mechanical/ Automobile/Aeronautical/Engineering in Industrial and Production/ Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/ECE/EEE/E&I/CSE/IT) and MBA (HR) mandatory with overall minimum 75% criteria in entire educational academic.
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and pleasing personality.
· Good in attitude and continuously re-engineer HR function to add value to our business.

Terms & Conditions:
Our policy is that the Selected candidate has to submit the original of 10th , 12th / Diploma and UG/PG original certificates for the period of Two and Half years as a commitment from the date of joining. Original certificates will be returned back to the candidates after completion of 2.5 years.
Salary Package for B.E/B. Tech & MBA(HR) candidates:-
First 6 months training period: 3 lacs per annum (25,000 Rupees per month) From 7th month to 12th month : 3.3 lacs per annum From 13th month to 24th month: 3.6 lacs per annum.
After 2nd year, salary will be increased subject to individual performance and market trend.
The students will be shortlisted on the basis of telephonic interview and they will be called to the chennai office for off-campus interview.
