LGC Thank You Spree

Hello hello! 

I wanted to get something going so that we can get a list made for those we would like to include in this thank you note spree that way we can start writing them in our spare time (lol). This is what I have thought of so far: 

• Officer Barron- contact him for information on other police departments as well (Bryan, CS, University) 
• Check on getting some info for Fire Departments and EMS

• Slovacek Sausage 
• Ask Colby if there is anyone in the expansion area to thank
• Young Professionals of Aggieland
• Chevron (Zach Hutchison got a donation through his company so I don't know if we want to thank Zach, Chevron, or both)

Help me think of more! I gave Sarah 8/10 thank you notes already and I'm going to get more from the house ASAP!

That's all I've got for right this second. But just give me some time and I will come up with more! I don't have the prettiest handwriting, but I do write good thank you notes! And Meg is dying for something to do and she has gorge handwriting. Just more thoughts.

I love all of these suggestions. If I have some time tonight I'll go by the Schmidt and get more thank you notes and envelopes. If either of you have spare time, lets all start looking up mailing addresses for these people!

Quick question-- are we aiming to have a direct contact from each business, as in do we want to address a person by name who may have helped us in some way orrrr are we focusing more on addressing the company as a whole for its support/donation, etc?

I had typed up a full email, decided I changed my mind, and now this is my final opinion. I think it's really nice what you have done so far by addressing the thank you to the business, but in the care  of a specific person. I think this a good way to say not only that we appreciate the donation or effort of the entire business, but that we also appreciate the effort of a specific individual. 

I can help with addresses/contact people if you need, Sarah! I have one for Cane's that I've included below. I'm just sitting at home mostly today, so send me anything that can be done via computer!
