Article: Leader should be able not only to manage, but to serve

Young leaders of Ukrainian non-governmental organisations took part in
the international conference "Service based global leadership:
Addressing the Root Causes of Human Insecurity", which was taken in July
2008 in Switzerland.
The Agenda of the conference which actually was held in a small village
of Caux included 7-days of active participation. During that time the
participants were seeking the answers to the main questions normally put
by everybody who stands to be a leader: 'Who is a leader, who is not?',
'Leaders, are they developed, or begotten?', 'What inspires leaders to
act?'. Exactly these issues were opened and discusses during the
plenaries and workshops.

Стаття: Лідер має вміти не тільки керувати, але й служити

м. Ко, Швейцарія
Молоді лідери українських громадських організацій взяли участь у
міжнародній конференції «Глобальне лідерство, що базується на служінні:
внесок у безпеку людства», яка відбулася у липні в Швейцарії.
Програма конференції, що проходила у містечку Ко, була розрахована на
сім днів. За цей час учасники повинні були відповісти на головні
питання, що ставить перед собою кожен лідер: «Хто є лідером, а хто ні?»,
«Лідерами стають чи народжуються», «Що надихає лідера на дії?», - ці
проблеми обговорювалися на пленарних засіданнях та семінарах.
