New features:

o Print number of revisions in a PDF with -revisions
o Choose which revision to load with -revision
o Update a PDF by appending with -update
o Show digital signature information with -sig-info
o Add attached files from JSON data
o Add page labels from JSON data
o List OCGs in JSON form with -ocg-list-json
o Edit & round-trip OCGs with -ocg-replace
o Remove stream content for debug
* Show bounding boxes of page content with -show-bboxes
o Suppress adjacent identical errors
* Export basic page content as JSON

Extended features:

o Operations -relative-to-[bleed|art|trim]box as well as crop
o Document all debug functions in -summary
o Rotate text for -add-text using -text-[90|180|270].
o Optionally add a border to URLs in -add-text
o %URL now works with diagonal text
o Identify custom encodings in -list-fonts

Fixes:

o -midline and -topline now work properly for custom fonts
o -summary goes to stdout
o Correct parent links for non-dests in -set-annotations
