Regarding your lobbying for more precise regulations of foot launched flight within Oregon State Parks and Recreations, you may want to mention these prior considerations of the board back when I presented to them on the behalf of free flight on the coast and at our state airports. Its a shame that one visiting rogue pilot from Utah created such a defensive posture at OPR. Currently, Oregon Hang Gliding School is a licensed operator at the Corvallis Airport and has been operating without any conflicts with General Aviation. If fact, we are an affordable and educational gateway into general aviation.
