I'm looking for two people to join the board. Reply to me if interested.

 

Board of Directors’ job requirements:

A desire to protect this scenic viewpoint over the town of Oceanside.

Visit the property occasionally. 

Sign a conflict-of-interest document.

Sign a code of conduct document.

Attend the annual meeting. (One hour conference call)

Attend additional BOD meetings if needed.

Occasional emails and phone calls with other directors to conduct business. 

Ensure the president or treasurer does the annual filings with state and federal governments. 

Be a liaison to the Oceanside community.
