Kiwanda Beach Access Update

Hey Everyone,

Got an email with an update on the rule changes around Cape Kiwanda. I have attached them here and will briefly go over this at the next meeting. It came out as it sounded like it was going to - We can still drive on the North side, driving will continue to be prohibited on the South side.

Hopefully we can get some flying days over the weekend and everyone is good!
