Yes! Site preservation and improvement is exactly why we have a club. It will go to a simple vote of the members who are present, and I can't imagine any reason why it wouldn't be approved.
I'm copying the list for the officially recommended prior notification and so that it makes it onto the agenda since I probably won't be at the next meeting. Receipts aren't really even necessary (but you should probably hang on to them anyway).

Mark Forbes suggested I request reimbursement for the launch clearing expenses on Saturday. I rented a brush clearing weed whacker ($45) and had to pay the recycle center for two loads of woody debris ($20). So a total of $65 bucks.... I have receipts if you want me to send them in. 

 

Can you bring this up in the CPC meeting and see if the club will pitch in?

Yep. And I have the checkbook.
Let's bring this expenditure up to a vote Oct. 2nd so as to recognize the efforts and dollars put forth.
So I'll mail the check right after next meeting. unless you need it sooner.
