That sucks! Thanks for finding and sharing this, Ray. I'm copying the CPC list too.
I believe the CLO launch is ODOT property, not the State Park, but that doesn't mean they won't also shut down the launch if they really want to keep people out of the Park.
Their notice says: "We expect work to occur through the end of 2025." That probably means the Park will be closed until the end of 2025, but it's possible the day-use area could open sooner.

I was looking up the new day use fees at Oregon State Parks that I was on tv and saw this: CLO day use and campground closed March 1, 2025 thru 2025 for improvements. Funded by Oregon GoFunds.
State Parks day use area season passes are still the same cost $30 year/$50 for 2 year but daily use parking will double to $10 without pass.
We should check to see if there is a possibility we can still pick up our gliders but from past experience makes me think no. Too many govt. agency hoops to jump thru and liability is usually the reason.
Paragliders could probably hike out. Hangliders would be limited to landing in alternate LZ or flying OTB if they don't close the launch too. Any ideas?
